What we offer
A real workshop
Climate-controlled bays, premium products, professional polishers and tools. No driveway improvisation.
A team that levels up
We pay for training and certifications — XPEL/Suntek PPF, ceramic-coating accreditation, manufacturer courses. You grow with the studio.
Stable hours
Mon–Fri 8:00–17:30. No 14-hour Saturdays. We respect that you have a life outside the shop.
Honest pay
Above-market base + performance bonus on premium work. Wages on time, contracts in order, no envelopes.
Roles we're open to
We don't always have specific openings — but we always read every CV. If your background fits, we'll be in touch.
Detailer
Interior + exterior deep cleaning, hand wash, light-protection treatments.
Polisher / paint correction
Machine polishing, multi-stage corrections, ceramic-coating prep.
PPF installer
Hand-cut and plotter-cut PPF installs, edge-wrapping, post-install QC.
Front desk / coordinator
Customer reception, scheduling, walk-around quotes, post-service follow-up.
